[6 months post procedure] Pre-procedure: Initial consultation was through a video call with Dr. Praveen. He patiently explained everything about the procedure. I visited the clinic for examination, doctor ordered a few blood tests to be done 2 days before the actual procedure to ensure that there wouldn't be issues with clotting, bleeding etc. Day of surgery: Reached the clinic early morning on the day of surgery. A team of 8 doctors including 4 specialist doctors prepared me. They were super friendly, jovial, played nice music and the long surgery was over before I knew. The surgery went smoothly and I was out by afternoon. (On a side note, they got me breakfast and lunch which were delicious too) Post Surgery: The doctors went over the instructions for post surgery care thoroughly and provided all the medicines and other stuff required. They asked me to return the next day to remove the bandage/dressing on my head and washed the scalp carefully. They requested me to come back on day 4 and day 10 too for examination and washing. I had some travel plans, so the doctors accommodated the schedule accordingly which was very nice of them. The best part is that the doctors and clinic staff here genuinely cared, they aren't commercial minded. Final word: The results are amazing (since the end of 10th week itself in my case), glad I chose Hair Sure. Thankful to Dr. Praveen and his team

Being a dermatologist myself after seeing their reviews suggested my brother to get a hair transplant done ..it's not upto the mark , I feel those many grafts r not placed as they promised ..not satisfied with the outcome ..i regret for referring my brother ..

The overall experience was outstanding, I was taken care by experts and excellent staff. I requested for additional cleaning sessions and they arranged it within a short notice. I would say this is what a customer/patient service should be. Also, I was given a direct contact to the Doctors and that created a very healthy experience in understanding the phases after the surgery. A detailed instructions were given on post transplant procedures. On thing I would say is I don’t have any odd experiences, I suggest to consult Hair Sure Hair Transplant before you choose anything. Atleast give it a try…… you’ll better know…..
