The overall experience was outstanding, I was taken care by experts and excellent staff. I requested for additional cleaning sessions and they arranged it within a short notice. I would say this is what a customer/patient service should be. Also, I was given a direct contact to the Doctors and that created a very healthy experience in understanding the phases after the surgery. A detailed instructions were given on post transplant procedures. On thing I would say is I don’t have any odd experiences, I suggest to consult Hair Sure Hair Transplant before you choose anything. Atleast give it a try…… you’ll better know…..

I would like to thank Dr. Sashi, Dr. Vinay and assistant Sai for their phenomenal work, passion, dedicated and professionalism. I got my crown area done 2 days ago and again I have seen same amount of dedication in this team and I would also add Dr. Ravi to the list of appreciation. The whole experience was incredible. I felt like a super star because they had all doctors and support staff there working just for me on the day of surgery. What I observed at Hairsure (Habsiguda branch) is that they continually strive to offer top-notch patient care and excellent results. The whole process went so smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I can confidently say that there SHI (SIMULTANEOUS HARVESTING AND IMPLANTATION) procedure made a big difference in my new hair growth compared to my friends hair growth who had in Turkey around the same time. Shashi Kanth is very caring and always takes the time to personally communicate with his patients, ensuring they understand their treatment and surgery. During my hair transplant at Hair Sure Hair Transplant Centre, he explained the advantages and disadvantages of the surgery. He also walked me through the entire procedure and post-surgery care.
